These days the IT interviews are getting difficult. May be because I am out there in the market
…
But I wonder… companies who hire only highly talented candidates, do they really have those talented people… or those talented people really getting challenged to use their skills?
If all those people and companies in Bangalore, use their skills, talents to solve not just their technical problems but to solve social problems, wouldn’t the city be a nice place to live??
IT engineers solve problems using so many algorithms. For instance the shortest path problems; oh yeah I remember Dijkstra’s and his shortest path algorithm… and these days I see all youngsters and new comers to the industry brimming with witty algorithms to make things better…
if all these people can think of solving traffic problem of Bangalore, the problem could be an old memory… come on folks think of realigning or someway of using the roads in a better efficient way without needing physical changes… it must be possible
traffic is just one problem….
lets solve public distribution, gas cylinder stuff..
why waste money on uncooked ideas like aadhar and things like that?
you don’t have to be a govt servant to pitch in idea. If there are multiple people suggesting the same thing I think it will be easy to get them implemented…
we should give this a serious thought..
